Please complete the pedigree below stating full name of horse and studbook number where appropriate ONLY UP TO THE FIRST HORSE WITH A FEIF LIFE NUMBER, ON BOTH DAM AND SIRE PEDIGREES - horses further back in the ancestry can be checked by the IHSGB Studbook. Note: A FEIF LIFE NUMBER will have the following format:

Two-letter country designator e.g. IS + Four number year e.g. 1995 + 1 for male or 2 for female + 5 more numbers. Examples: IS1995158301 or GB1999269001

Fill in the pedigree of both mother and father up to and including the first horse with a FEIF number.
